Great Jones Dutch Baby
Dutch Baby is a 3.5-quart cast iron Dutch oven designed for smaller portions and compact kitchens. Its round form is sized to fit a single stove-top burner and nests within the larger Dutchess.
Made from enameled cast iron, it moves between stove, oven, table, and dishwasher. The scale supports cooking for one to two people, as well as smaller dishes and side preparations, while maintaining the durability and heat performance of the larger format.
The rounded silhouette and compact proportion give it a more intimate scale compared to the oval Dutchess, which is better suited for larger roasts and family-style cooking.
